- Lead the technical strategy for machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and architectural assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-availability environments.
