Role Overview
We are looking for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between complex AI research and production-grade deployment. You will define the architectural patterns for our core models, ensure high availability, and mentor a growing team of engineers.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI models and distributed computing systems for the 2026 Initiative.
- Lead the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, R&D, Cloud Engineering) to integrate novel AI capabilities.
- Optimize existing infrastructure for speed, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Drive innovation in next-generation algorithms and hardware-software integration.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle massive scale and high concurrency.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and edge computing architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decision-making.
