Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks for high-volume applications.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the '2026 Initiative' projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization for cloud-native environments.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and large-scale data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
