Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and optimize large-scale machine learning models (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) to solve complex business problems.
- Infrastructure Engineering: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP) to ensure model scalability and reliability.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, researching emerging architectures and methodologies to integrate into our product suite.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical architecture reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of code excellence and continuous learning.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality data ingestion and feature engineering workflows.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and fairness checks to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and compliant with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a heavy emphasis on machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and distributed computing.
