Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 business year.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of next-generation AI and machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Ensure system architecture is scalable, secure, and resilient to future demands.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and large-scale data processing.
- Proven experience in designing microservices and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
