Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures specifically tailored for the 2026 deployment horizon.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and ensuring high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with the CTO to define the technical trajectory of our AI products over the next 3 years.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure responsible AI development, addressing bias and safety concerns proactively.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for long-term projects.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex, unstructured problems in high-stakes environments.
