Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI infrastructure roadmap.

- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment of machine learning systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify emerging trends in AI and evaluate their potential applications.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and CI/CD for AI workloads.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
