Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic design and implementation of the 2026 AI Architecture roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Oversee the development and deployment of large-scale Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate complex research into production-ready systems.
- Optimize neural network performance, reducing latency and increasing inference speeds for real-time applications.
- Define best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and ethical AI governance across the organization.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies to integrate into the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML architecture, with a proven track record of leading technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Extensive experience designing scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor senior engineering talent.
