The Role
In this pivotal role, you will design and deploy scalable machine learning systems. You will work closely with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead the design of scalable distributed systems for large-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to drive innovation.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for latency and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system architecture.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on machine learning infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing scalable cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
