We are on a mission to engineer the future. At FutureTech 2026, we are building the next generation of autonomous systems and predictive AI models. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our engineering team and define the roadmap for our 2026 product suite.
In this role, you will not just write code; you will shape the technological landscape of the decade. You will work with state-of-the-art neural networks and distributed systems to solve problems that were previously thought impossible.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary AI algorithms and deep learning models.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, identifying emerging technologies that can be integrated into our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
