Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Strategy: Define and architect the technical vision for our upcoming AI product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- System Design & Optimization: Design complex distributed machine learning systems and high-throughput inference engines capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Technology Evaluation: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum ML, Neuromorphic Computing) to determine feasibility for the 2026 roadmap.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Infrastructure: Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
