Responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and architecture for next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Define and execute the 2026 product roadmap, identifying key milestones for AI capability expansion.
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize neural network efficiency for emerging processors.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable ML infrastructure ensuring low-latency, high-throughput performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms capable of handling predictive analytics in complex, unstructured environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Proven track record of leading architectural decisions for large-scale AI systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of neural network optimization, transfer learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex research concepts into scalable production code.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
