Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our 2026 AI strategy and core machine learning infrastructure.
- Define and oversee the roadmap for integrating emerging AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Agent systems) into production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data governance, security compliance, and ethical AI practices are integrated into all development cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a proven track record of deploying models at scale.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning (e.g., MLflow, DVC).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
