Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and performance for the 2026 release cycle.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and optimization of deep learning models to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, libraries, and frameworks to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- System Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI components with existing cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI is highly desirable.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing scalable, distributed systems for high-traffic applications.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
