Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary AI models designed for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for machine learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct deep research into emerging AI trends and evaluate their applicability to our product suite.
- Oversee the deployment of large-scale NLP and computer vision systems in production environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance and model explainability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and deep learning.
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
