The Role:

Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the long-term technical roadmap for Horizon Dynamics, specifically targeting 2026 infrastructure goals.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of deep learning models for real-time inference and edge deployment.
- System Design: Design scalable microservices architecture capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex algorithmic problems and optimize system performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
