Responsibilities
- Architect and design high-level systems for next-generation AI models and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable software products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and efficiency in production environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, NLP, and Computer Vision to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
