Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the architectural design of deep learning models, specializing in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical AI solutions.
- Optimize algorithms and model weights for high-throughput, low-latency performance.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience implementing and fine-tuning transformer architectures and LLMs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
