Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling high-velocity data streams and complex inference tasks.
- 2026 Roadmap Leadership: Spearhead the technical strategy for our upcoming product releases, focusing on next-gen AI capabilities and ethical AI frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, accuracy, and latency to ensure seamless user experiences across global markets.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Best Practices: Establish and enforce industry-standard coding practices, CI/CD pipelines, and data governance protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Spark) is a plus.
- AI Specialization: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
