Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Design complex neural networks and machine learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the technical vision for Generative AI integration and Large Language Model (LLM) deployment.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct research into emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
