Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns AI capabilities with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure across cloud environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and cultivate a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research & Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Quantum Computing) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering on ambitious timeframes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex architectural decisions to diverse audiences.
