Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, specifically targeting readiness for 2026 standards.
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and reduce inference costs.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (LLMs, Transformers, Edge AI) to integrate into core products.
- Ensure AI systems are ethical, transparent, and compliant with global data regulations.
- Collaborate with product management to translate strategic goals into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior staff and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
