Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of scalable Agentic AI systems targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Define the technical roadmap for transitioning from static models to dynamic, autonomous agents.
- Optimize large-scale neural networks for low-latency inference and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, ethics, and alignment in future-proof systems.
- Research and prototype novel architectures (e.g., Spiking Neural Networks, Hybrid Transformers) for the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a Lead Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and Generative AI applications.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of algorithmic bias, adversarial robustness, and AI safety protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical vision for non-technical stakeholders.
