In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning breakthroughs and scalable, production-grade engineering. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy AI models that solve complex real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- Define and architect the core infrastructure for our 2026 Predictive Systems, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Lead the design of complex machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to optimize model performance and reduce latency.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Research emerging AI technologies to integrate cutting-edge advancements into our product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI initiatives from conception to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
