Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement high-performance AI models and neural networks tailored for the 2026 roadmap.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to integrate emerging technologies into our core product suite.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and scaling of machine learning pipelines on distributed cloud infrastructures.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for deep learning and data engineering.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards and ensure code quality across the entire organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Quantum computing interfaces is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and innovate under tight deadlines.
