Responsibilities
- Lead AI Research & Development: Spearhead the architecture and training of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for 2026 performance benchmarks.
- Build Agentic Workflows: Design and implement autonomous AI agents that can plan, execute, and self-correct complex tasks in real-time environments.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer high-throughput, low-latency inference systems using quantization and distillation techniques to handle massive data loads.
- Collaborate on Multimodal Systems: Integrate vision and audio processing modules to create seamless multimodal AI experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers in best practices for deep learning, ensuring code quality and architectural integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and MLOps principles.
- 2026 Readiness: Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Agentic AI frameworks is highly preferred.
