Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust Machine Learning pipelines and model deployment strategies for production environments.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and resilience for high-traffic applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Conduct code reviews, system design reviews, and technical architectural planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models with high availability and low latency.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
