In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing the next generation of machine learning infrastructure, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows, and establishing best practices for AI ethics and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs and Transformer architectures.
- Define the technical vision for AI integration across our global product suite, ensuring alignment with 2026 technology trends.
- Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines to streamline model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into advanced technical roadmaps.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and data governance in all model training processes.
- Lead code reviews, architectural reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with model evaluation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
