Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of large-scale AI systems, including Machine Learning pipelines and Deep Learning frameworks, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop a comprehensive technical roadmap aligned with the company's 2026 vision, identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into our core architecture.
- Model Optimization: Continuously research, prototype, and deploy state-of-the-art models to improve accuracy, reduce latency, and minimize computational costs.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential ethical, security, and compliance risks associated with AI deployment and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation: Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing novel solutions to challenging problems.
