Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure frameworks that align with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from prototyping to production deployment and monitoring.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Neural Architecture Search) and recommend integration strategies to enhance product capabilities.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical architecture workshops.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and throughput to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems design.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
