In this role, you will lead a world-class team in developing scalable, robust, and ethically sound AI solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our core AI products, ensuring they are future-proof and aligned with our long-term strategic vision.
Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines capable of handling massive data volumes.
- Lead Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, specifically focusing on innovations relevant to the 2026 technological era.
- Model Development: Oversee the research, development, and deployment of advanced neural networks and deep learning models.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize system performance to ensure zero-latency AI inference.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that anticipate future market trends.
- Leadership: Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
