Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into multimodal learning, ethical AI frameworks, and autonomous agent logic.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Ensure System Reliability: Implement rigorous testing protocols and CI/CD pipelines to maintain 99.99% uptime for critical AI services.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML and Deep Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, clear communication abilities, and a passion for the future of technology.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of adapting to rapidly evolving tech stacks and methodologies in a fast-paced environment.
