Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI systems targeting the 2026 deployment horizon.
- Design scalable, distributed neural network architectures using Python and C++.
- Oversee the transition from Generative AI v2 to v3 models, optimizing for inference speed and cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into enterprise solutions.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI safety and ethical compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, etc.).
- Experience with quantum computing interfaces or hybrid classical-quantum models.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
