Responsibilities

- Oversee the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) for niche sectors.

- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced machine learning methodologies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and Rust with a strong understanding of memory management.
- Deep knowledge of neural network architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
