Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and Machine Learning systems for enterprise applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical standards are met in all AI deployments.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and scalability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring engineering teams.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and large language models (LLMs).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
