Responsibilities
- Lead AI Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and machine learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time processing.
- Model Development: Oversee the research, development, and deployment of advanced neural networks and generative AI models.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, reduce latency, and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Algorithm Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for technical storytelling.
