Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models and AI systems.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from data ingestion to model training and production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product roadmaps.
- Research and implement the latest advancements in Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI practices across all projects.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models in production environments.
- Experience with MLOps tools and pipeline automation.
