Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- R&D Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for emerging AI paradigms, including Neural Symbolic AI and Autonomous Agents.
- System Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs across distributed cloud environments.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for C-level executives and product stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker), and high-performance computing.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and implement technologies relevant to the 2026 era, such as LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and edge computing.
