Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure designed for 2026 workloads and beyond.
- Pioneer new techniques in LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model compression.
- Optimize inference latency and maximize model accuracy in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate autonomous AI agents into core product features.
- Research and prototype emerging trends in Neural Architecture Search (NAS) and reinforcement learning.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and safety in AI systems.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and RAG architectures.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
