You will have the autonomy to experiment with Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) in a sandbox environment designed for rapid innovation.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning architectures that support high-volume, low-latency applications.
- Lead research initiatives focused on AI advancements for 2026, including generative models and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model fairness, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Experience building and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) or Computer Vision systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
