Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead the architecture of scalable MLOps pipelines, ensuring model deployment, monitoring, and retraining workflows are robust and efficient.
- Conduct groundbreaking research in NLP, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and multimodal learning to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI APIs to enhance platform capabilities and reduce time-to-market.
- Define clear metrics for model performance, fairness, and interpretability to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years specifically in NLP and LLM development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI products to production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
