Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI and Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI solutions into our core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability of AI services.
- Conduct research on novel algorithms to solve complex business problems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools at scale.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
