Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Strategy: Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for our AI products, ensuring scalability and innovation leading up to the 2026 release cycle.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect high-performance machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) integrations capable of handling enterprise-grade data loads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- R&D Innovation: Experiment with emerging AI paradigms (e.g., reinforcement learning, federated learning) to stay ahead of the 2026 technology curve.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure best practices and security standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency in our production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
