Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) models.
- Define the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring readiness for future technological shifts.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, algorithmic bias, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Conduct cutting-edge research into emerging tech trends, such as neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying models to production using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
