Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for long-term AI evolution, identifying trends and technologies that will dominate the landscape in 2026.
- Model Development: Design and implement state-of-the-art Deep Learning and Generative AI models to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Build robust, scalable MLOps pipelines to handle petabyte-scale data processing with zero latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate strategic vision into executable technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks.
