Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI systems designed to withstand the demands of 2026 and beyond, including high-frequency trading and autonomous vehicle integration.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Quantum Computing algorithms into existing cloud infrastructures.
- Mentor a team of 5+ AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen model-agnostic frameworks, ensuring system interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate futuristic concepts into deployable code.
- Define and enforce enterprise-level security protocols for advanced data processing.
- Conduct white-boarding sessions to solve complex system-level challenges.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI or Machine Learning architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with Rust or Go for high-performance systems.
- 2026 Readiness: Proven track record of implementing scalable solutions using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
