Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation AI models, focusing on scalability and real-time processing for the 2026 operational landscape.
- Lead the technical vision for Generative AI initiatives, including LLMs and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AI products, from proof-of-concept to production.
- Mentor and cultivate a high-performance engineering team of data scientists and developers.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data governance, and model interpretability.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to translate technical capabilities into business value.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems that have measurable business impact.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
