Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for artificial intelligence initiatives, identifying emerging technologies and predicting future market trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures that support high-volume data processing and real-time inference.
- Model Strategy: Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning frameworks and models, optimizing them for performance and cost-efficiency.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading high-impact AI projects from concept to production deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, complex problems in dynamic environments.
