Your Impact
As a Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for defining the technical strategy that powers our 2026 roadmap. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production engineering.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI systems tailored for the 2026 technological landscape, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our flagship 2026 initiatives, aligning engineering capabilities with business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI research into practical, production-grade software solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical designs.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize system performance, reducing latency and improving throughput for large-scale data processing.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field. Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural or lead role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in futuristic technologies, including Quantum Computing or Neuromorphic Engineering.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
