Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models specifically designed for the 2026 infrastructure requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Define technical strategies for integrating ethical AI frameworks and bias reduction protocols.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to production deployment.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
